Every product at AD/BC History is made to order. That means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order, which is why we handle returns a little differently to most stores.
Returns
Because every product is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong model. Please double-check your selections before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to return the item.
Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or defect. We'll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping
Free shipping on all orders. We fulfil orders from multiple locations worldwide, so most orders are shipped from within your region. Estimated delivery times vary by location:
🇺🇸 United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom & Europe: 10-20 business days
🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after production. As every item is made to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before shipping begins.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are determined by your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. AD/BC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
