Timeframe

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to issue a refund and return your product/service.

Refunds

We at AD/BC commit to serving our customers with the highest standard of service. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged for shipment with the utmost care. We do this to take every possible precaution that your product will arrive in good condition.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such a case, we may be forced to cancel your order. You will be informed about this and then refunded.

Please note that AD/BC is not liable for damages that are caused to products during shipping or transportation.

We will assess your returned product(s) once they are received, and if they follow the guidelines described in this document, we will issue a refund of your purchase. You will be notified once the refund process has been initiated.

Shipping

AD/BC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the original purchase was delivered via free shipping.
